JE SUIS BELLE

As the SS2010 collection is aimed to be picturesque, Je Suis Belle worked in cooperation with Attila Szűcs - one of the top Hungarian contemporary painters.

Four of his works were printed on the fabrics and the silhouettes were designed and shaped to emphasize the paintings: airy, loose, slightly deformed and effortless. The prints define the colors used on blouses and dresses: brownish grey, pale green, green turning into black and pinkish mauve, these are underlined by a very clean grey and camel used for the trousers and coats.

The collection is "nostalgic meets innovative", while it still keeps being pretty. Je Suis Belle SS2010 is dressing up for Sunday, but being still wearable for the street.
